We're onjoying a small holiday right now. You can order, but orders are processed from May 4th!

 

We truely understand you'd rather read LEGO™ building instructions than these boring terms and conditions, but please bare with us. Take a deep breath and… go!

  • MobyBrick.com is a registered company in The Netherlands. We're registered in the Dutch Trade Register under number 01179794.
     
  • You can use the Brick Owl contact form to reach out to us (use the contact button under Store Information). You can also drop us a an e-mail at info@mobybrick.com.
     
  • Base store prices include 21% Dutch VAT. Prices shown to buyers located inside the European Union include VAT, outside the European Union excluding VAT depending on the buyer's country. Our VAT ID is NL001455184B66.
     
  • Orders are picked, verified, packed and shipped as soon as possible after payment, usually within 24-48 hours after payment. Large orders, especially orders with 100+ lot counts, take serious time to pick and verify and might take longer to process and ship. We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments when these are not shipped registered and/or insured.
     
  • To cover our packaging, handling and processing costs we charge a handling and packaging fee of € 1.00 on every order and € 2.00 if you order for less than € 10.00. Why? Well, honestly because smaller orders are more costly to process. It's a fee well spent though. We take great care and pride in packaging. You'll see we go out of our way to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition!
     
  • Then the notorious PayPal fee. The good news is we don't charge you with this fee when you pay us with PayPal. Yippee eh? The bad news is… Well there actually isn't any bad news :)
     
  • The S&H fee you see during checkout consists of both the actual shipping fee and the handling and packaging fee.
     
  • We reserve the right to cancel invalid parts or orders at our sole discretion, but always in close contact with you.
     
  • Please do not use the Brick Owl feedback to let us know there was an issue with your order. We take great pride in our 100% positive feedback rating and honest mistakes can simply happen. Just reach out to us first and give us a chance to change your experience into a positive one.
     
  • It is your responsibility to be aware of variances in customs laws. Especially larger or more expensive orders may be searched by customs and additional fees may apply when you import these. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms. We won't. We're running an honest business and you're simply asking us to commit a crime.
     
  • And finally, by submitting an order you of course also agree to the terms and conditions described in Brick Owl's Terms of Service.
